Can you provide custom services for makeup brushes and packaging?

Yes, private label on each brush and custom design on the package are welcome.

Can I get a free sample?

Yes, a free sample could be provided. Please tell us what does the sample idea is? Then the shipping cost would be paid by you. 　　

What’s your Minimum Quantity for each order.

500 sets for each cosmetic brush set and 1,000pcs for single brush with private label.

Which kind of payment is acceptable?

TT, L/C ,Western Union, Paypal.

What’s the lead time?

Sample time is 7-10 working days, lead time for mass production is 35-40 days.

Are the product without cruelty and Vegan friendly?

Yes, all the brushes could be made according to your requirements.

How can you guarantee the brush quality?

We took a video for each make up brush on quality inspection of raw materials, from the tube to handle, we check it one by one from the first production step. And all the finished makeup brush will get approved by REACH, CA 65, ROHS test before shipment.

Covid-19 will affect the delivery date or not?

We have two production workshops,one is in Henan and the other is in Dongguang. The distance between the two factories is more than 1,000 kilometers. If one workshop can’t produce the makeup brush for the reason of Covid-19, we can transfer the order to the other.

How can I inspect the goods? What if I can’t come to China?

You can arrange a third party home inspection and also we do video inspection.

There are is promotional make up brush order for gift, any delay in delivery will result in cancellation of the order, can you take it?

After confirmed the sample and check the production date, we are confident of taking such an order.
