Each series of brushes will have a mold as shown in the video. For custom requests, we make a mold first.
D. Tie it with string and adjust hair shape
A skilled worker adjusts the shape and makes a hair knot as per the mold. This step requires a craft that comes with years of experience.
There are 20 steps to finish a brush and each brush is made by two skilled workers.

E. Cut the hair, put hair into the tube, press the tube, and trim the shape
These steps can not be done by a machine and we do it manually as shown in the video.

G. Adjust the tube shape, clean the tube

Some of manufacturing procedures require the workers to be barehanded. So the raw materials of the makeup brush can leave a fingerprint or glue mark. In this case, the final step of cleaning is very important so that only clean products are dispatched.
